Together you will go over how an agent can best represent you on the Home Buying Process.
At this point you will go over financing, home styles and amenities, timelines, etc.
All this information helps both parties get on the same page when searching and negotiating terms.
When everyone agrees, you can choose to hire your agent to find your home.
Your agent will connect you with a Mortgage Broker, or Lender of your choice.
An application will then be submitted with your income, expenses, debt, and credit history.
After you are underwritten, the broker/lender will issue you a Pre-Approval.
Pre-Approvals are necessary to figure out the price ranges you can afford and also when submitting offers. If you aren't pre-approved, sellers will most likely not entertain your offer.
Now comes the exciting part!
Your Realtor will inquire and research properties that fit your requirements. Together, you'll tour various homes until it is time to sumbit offers.

Offers have many contingencies, along with completing your loan. Your agent will coordinate with the selling party, inspectors, local governments, lenders, and title companies to ensure that everything is compliant and you can close.
The day has arrived!
After meeting all the requirements on both sides, you can finally meet to sign documents.
At this time, the settlement company will record all legal docs and verify the transfer of the property into your name.
